This children’ yoga class is designed to provide sensory input, calming strategies, muscle tone and flexibility (of body AND mind). Learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises. All abilities, all amounts of energy, and all degrees of focus are welcomed at this inclusive class. No experience nor ability to sit still or quiet required! Open to all regardless of physical, social, emotional or intellectual challenges.
Parent participation is not required.
