A fun fitness class that strengthens your core and builds coordination and balance. This is an introductory class which is a great cardio workout that increases energy and generates laughter. Hoop Dance is a blend of creative movement, dance, exercise and play. Students will be introduced to hoop stretching and warm-ups, waist hooping, hand hooping, beginner techniques, free flow movement and tricks.

Additional information:
- Wear comfortable clothing made from natural fibers (cotton, silk, linen, hemp and such).
- Bring water.
