This workshop is designed to give girls in Grades 5 through 8 a better understanding of the change their bodies will go through during puberty.  Topics discussed include the importance of positive self-worth, healthy communication, and how to deal with difficult situations that may arise during these dynamic times of their lives.

Must attend with a parent or guardian.  Please register each person attending, including parent/guardian, as space is limited.

Dinner, Dessert and Goody Bags provided.
