Try a new class from the comfort and security of your own home. Pick the number of classes you would like to attend each week and register. You can even mix and match the classes to your schedule/interests. For example, if you selected 2 classes per week they do not have to be the same class. (Barre one day and Pilates the next) You will receive an email allowing you to set up an account to schedule your classes each week.
Class options to choose from include: Total Body Conditioning, Full Body Muscle, Tabata, HIIT (low impact options), Barre, Pilates, Myofascial Restorative Bodywork, Yoga, Resistance Band, Core Workout, and 30 Minute Express classes.
All classes will be taught by certified and experienced instructors virtually through the Zoom platform. Zoom links will be emailed to registered participants prior to their class.
See attached link for weekly schedule of classes. You can choose whichever offerings, schedule or interest that suit you per week, ie. 2 classes per week, 4 classes per week, etc. You will have the option each week to choose the classes of your choice.
