This yoga class will explore asana (poses) through six different types of yoga including gentle, vinyasa, yin, restorative, chair, and nidra. Each themed class includes breathwork and meditation. Yoga mats and props (blankets, blocks, bolsters, etc), are available for use during class. Variations of poses are offered to ensure comfort and accessibility for everyone regardless of mobility and flexibility.
Each class includes a guided meditation during savasna (final relaxation).
