The goal of this course is to train students to recognize symptoms of sudden cardiac arrest in adults and teach critical skills to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults in a safe, timely and efficient manner. This course does not include infant or child CPR.

Students will also be trained in basic first aid and acquire skills that are critical in decreasing permanent damage or death to people who are injured.

Students will earn a 2 year CPR & First Aid Certificate.

Cromwell residents only.
